Tasks and functions

Main tasks and functions of the center.

In accordance with the tasks assigned to it, the enterprise performs the following functions

Providing technical and system services for the electronic database management system of the structural units of the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights, including ensuring their formation, management and secure storage.

Tasks and functions

Main types of outsourcing intended to be engaged in organizing outsourcing services:

  • Establishing IT outsourcing activities;
  • Establishing HR (personnel) outsourcing activities;
  • Establishing advertising outsourcing activities;
  • Establishing other outsourcing activities;
  • Information and inquiry service (Call center) for receiving appeals from individuals and legal entities.

In the area of high-quality organization of “Mahallabay” work in the territories assigned to the Committee:

  • Taking measures to address infrastructure issues and carrying out construction, repair and landscaping work in the assigned areas;
  • Ensuring employment based on the “Mahallabay” approach, encouraging entrepreneurship and self-employment, and training the population in crafts and business;
  • Assisting citizens interested in entrepreneurship (especially women and youth) in obtaining loans and subsidies, and helping those interested in craftsmanship find modern equipment and mini-technologies;
  • Implementing measures under the “Yashil Makon” (Green Space) program;
  • The enterprise has the right to open branches in the regions without creating a legal entity;
  • Branches are separate units located outside the enterprise’s headquarters that perform some or all of its functions;
  • Branches and representative offices are not separate legal entities; they are provided with property by the Enterprise and operate on the basis of an approved regulation;
  • Heads of branches are appointed by the Enterprise and act on its behalf under a power of attorney;
  • The Enterprise may also carry out other activities not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
