The ‘FAIR TECh’ single information system has been supplemented with the ‘Exchange Surveillance’ and ‘Compliance’ modules

The work to digitise the activities of the Competition Committee is being steadily continued by the State Institution “Centre for Digital Transformation and Outsourcing”.

In the first quarter of 2026, the single information system ‘FAIR TECh’ will be enhanced with additional ‘Exchange Control’ and 'Compliance' modules were developed and implemented in the activities of the Competition Committee.

In particular, The “Exchange Control” module has been developed to provide capabilities such as monitoring the listing of goods (product list name) on exchanges according to an approved schedule, monitoring the sale prices of products on the exchange, and detecting instances of price manipulation.

The “Compliance” module maintains a list of organisations that have implemented compliance in the field of competition, verifying their adherence to legal documents. Furthermore, the compliance measures undertaken and their results are recorded in the system.

The implementation of these modules will serve to increase the effectiveness of protecting consumer rights and ensuring a healthy competitive environment in the market.
