📌 Resolution No. 109 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 18, 2026 is an important regulatory and legal document aimed at digitizing work processes in the activities of republican and local executive authorities, widely introducing modern information and communication technologies, and sharply reducing paper consumption.
♻️ In accordance with this resolution, it is determined to hold the “Paperless Day” eco-action at least once a month and organize document circulation completely electronically during this day.
💻 In order to increase work efficiency, in particular, to ensure environmental sustainability, the state institution “Center for Digital Transformation and Outsourcing” has introduced a procedure for holding the “Paperless Day” eco-action on the first week of each month - Thursday.
📎 Within the framework of this initiative, special attention is paid to the effective use of the electronic document circulation system among employees, increasing digital culture, and preventing excessive paper consumption.
📅 In particular, during the event held on May 21 of this year, all internal service correspondence, orders, meeting minutes, reports and other types of documents were maintained completely electronically.
⚡️ Employees actively used electronic systems, and document exchange was carried out quickly, conveniently and transparently.
🌱 Also, this eco-action is of great importance not only in optimizing work processes, but also in protecting the environment and forming a culture of rational use of natural resources by reducing paper consumption.
In the future, it is planned to consistently continue this initiative, further improve it and gradually implement it widely in all structural units.
